Refunds Policy

At DigitalDuniya.co, we take pride in offering the highest level of digital marketing services to our clients. We strive to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the services we provide. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that you receive a fair and reasonable resolution to your issue.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for services that do not meet our quality standards or are not delivered as promised. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You have raised your issue with us within 7 days of receiving our services.
  2. We have been given a reasonable opportunity to address the issue and make things right.
  3. The issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, and you have provided us with adequate evidence that the service was not delivered as promised.

Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund your payment using the same method of payment you used to make the initial payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

If we have not been given the opportunity to address the issue before a refund request is made, we reserve the right to attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.

Limitations

We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed or delivered as promised, unless there is a breach of contract or a failure to deliver services as per the contract. We also do not offer refunds for any fees that have been incurred as a result of the services we provide, such as third-party fees or expenses. In a case client changes their mind and doesn’t want to work with us. Hence breaks the contract have to pay a Penalty and no refund will be issued.
