Digital Duniya Refund Policy

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Initial Consultation and Setup Fees: Fees paid for initial consultations, project setup, and strategic planning are non-refundable.
  • Monthly Retainer Services: Refunds for monthly retainer services are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within the first 14 days of the billing cycle for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Campaign-Specific Services: For one-time or campaign-specific services, requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service delivery.
  • Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid reasons or prior communication, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind or if you decide to discontinue the services without a valid reason.
  • Partial Services: If a portion of the service has been rendered as per the contract, that portion is non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Expenses: Costs incurred for third-party services, such as ad spends, software subscriptions, or other external expenses, are non-refundable once paid.

4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@digitalduniya.co with your service details and the reason for your request.
  • Review and Assessment: Our team will review your request and may require additional information or clarification. We aim to complete this review within 7 business days.
  • Approval and Processing: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute regarding services or refund eligibility, we encourage clients to first contact our support team to seek a resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to our management team for further review.

6. Policy Amendments

  • Digital Duniya reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the policy. The updated policy will be available on our website.
